At Abacela, we have been making Rosé since 1997. Grenache grapes from several blocks of our estate vineyard are handpicked early during harvest to capture freshness. Aromas of pink grapefruit, cherry and citrus blossom coupled with flavors of melon and strawberries make this dry Rosé a perfect pairing with Spanish tapas, Asian food, or a good book on the deck.
