The BLT Twist:
Local jalapeño smoked bacon with sundried tomatoes and spicy arugula, finished with a fresh basil aiolo and EVOO on our hand-tossed dough. Suggested Pairing: 2021 Albariño
Steak and Potato:
Grilled Tri-tip, red onions and sliced roasted potatoes with a Bechamel sauce on our hand-tossed dough with a fresh thyme garnish. Suggested Pairing: 2019 Grenache
Margherita:
Fresh sliced tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella with EVOO and a Parmesan finish on our hand-tossed dough. Suggested Pairing: 2018 Dolcetto
Dessert:
