Winemaker Notes

Is it provincial pink, coral or light salmon? No matter what color you call it, your eyes are drawn to this amazing Rosé. Aromas of strawberry, watermelon and grapefruit are reflected on the palate, with added notes of tangerine. The juicy fruit and crisp acidity are juxtaposed, giving way to the sweet-tart flavors. Stunningly delicious. Enjoy throughout the seasons, from spring to fall.

Double Platinum, 2017 Wine Press Northwest Platinum Judging

Best Rosé, 2017 Pacific Rim International Wine Competition

Gold Medal, 2017 San Francisco International Wine Competition (93 points)
Gold Medal
Excellent, Wine Press Northwest
One of the West Coast’s top performers in the rosé category remains consistent as the 2015 vintage finished No. 3 in Wine Press Northwest’s 2016 Platinum Judging. Its Sept. 18 harvest at less than 23 Brix offers that classic light pink wardrobe and continues its charms with aromas and flavors of strawberry soda with melon. A burst of dried cranberry in the finish adds a refreshing quality and sets the table for tapas. This is an early candidate for a 2017 Platinum, having already qualified after winning best of class as the Pacific Rim International Wine Competition in Southern California for the second straight year.
Cellar Select, Oregon Wine Press
While a pale pink, there’s nothing subtle about this wine. Concentrated notes of apricot, peach, lime and grassiness make up its aroma. Stone fruit continues on the palate joined by the juiciness of kiwi, yellow plum and nectarine. Its sweet and sour fruitiness will have you requesting more.
