Winemaker Notes

Our oldest Malbec vines from Northwest Block produced a wine with so much density and richness that we were able to bottle our first Malbec Reserve in 16 vintages. The wine expresses a singular personality that is distinctly our terroir.
Ripe, rich and extracted fruit combined with tasteful oak and velvety texture all culminate to a concentrated, focused finish which hints at the wine’s ageability.
Try this wine over the next six to eight years with hearty cuisine like blackened rib eye.
