Winemaker Notes

When the chance to make a unique wine presents itself one must seize the opportunity. This late harvest Albariño came from whole clusters that were frozen then slowly pressed to liberate the thick nectar.

Concentrated aromas of peach, nectarine and honey meld with flavors of pineapple, orange zest, and golden apple to awaken the senses. A harmonious balance between sweetness and acidity, leads into a medley of complex flavors. The stunning finish continues forever.
Fruit based desserts that are poached, baked, or caramelized would make a perfect accompaniment when celebrating a special moment.
