Winemaker Notes

The fourteenth release of our flagship Tempranillo continues the tradition of quality and excellence expected from our terroir. The deep color and compelling aromas allude to the intensity of flavors that follow. Rich blackberry, plum, cocoa, savory oak and well defined tannins unfold on the palate in velvety layers through the lengthy finish. This wine will continue to improve for eight to ten years and offer a long plateau of maturity. Pair with a traditional Spanish Cochinillo Asado (roast suckling pig), for a memorable meal.
