This is our fruit forward, less tannic and earlier maturing Tempranillo. The beautiful floral aromatics, brambly berry flavors and seamless round finish reflects the wine’s varietal typicity. This wine while lovely for tonight’s dinner will continue to improve over the next four to six years in your cellar. Pairings include Spanish tapas like chorizo and potato empanadas.
