Winemaker Notes

The terroir of our estate vineyards, being similar to Garnacha’s homeland of northern Spain, produces wine with lively acidity and bright character. Grape, cherry, raspberry, violet, and lavender aromas are well expressed in this vintage. Ripe flavors of crushed purple fruits, supple texture and good tannic structure lead to a lengthy finish. This wine will improve for the next 4-5 years. Pair with a triple cream Brie and fig jam.
