Winemaker Notes

The fruit was sourced from Cox’s Rock and Cobblestone Hill parcels of our estate Fault Line Vineyards in the Umpqua Valley. This is a complex wine composed of contrasts.  Blackberry, ripe cherry and other sweet fruits mingle with savory dried herbs, soy and white pepper aromas. The balanced palate overlies a rich and full-bodied frame that expands as the lengthy finish progresses.  This wine will improve with proper storage for the next five to seven years.
