Winemaker's Tasting Notes
The art of blending takes on new dimension when 14 different varietals come together. After exhaustive trials we chose this blend for its expressive dark berry fruit, espresso, earth, and warm spice aromas and flavors. This wine will improve with proper cellaring over the next two to four years.
While as diverse in its food pairing options as it is in its constituent parts, we suggest beef short ribs braised in fra diavolo sauce.
