A Non-alcoholic juice, made from estate vitis vinifera grapes. Uses include: salad dressing (one part oil to three parts verjus), marinades and deglazing. Tartrates may settle out. Refrigerate after opening.
Note: Contains Sulfites and Potassium Sorbate.
