Winemaker's Tasting Notes
For this 2007 vineyard designated wine we utilized Tempranillo from McCorquodale Vineyard in the Umpqua Valley.
Floral, black cherry, cedar, and earthy undertones in the nose are augmented by dusty tannins, dark spice, and sweet oak on the balanced palate.
This wine, while approachable now, will improve over the next four years.
