Outstanding! and Best Buy, Wine Press Northwest, Summer 2009
Platinum Medal and Best Buy, Wine Press Northwest's 10th Annual Platinum Judging, Winter 2009/2010
Winemaker's Tasting Notes
The beautiful color, fresh aromas, and elegant texture of this wine resulted from a three day cold soak with stainless steel fermentation utilizing only free run juice.
This dry wine features distinctive aromas of flowers, fresh strawberries and pomegranates followed by flavors of red cherries, raspberries, and spice. Moderate acidity balances the fruit as the minerality develops and evolves.
More than just a fun wine, this Rosado will pair with a variety of tapas, light summer fare, grilled vegetables and spicy Asian dishes.
