Winemaker's Tasting Notes
While playful in color, this delightful wine is quite serious in nature. We carefully control the length of time the juice remains in contact with the grape skins.
After pressing we ferment the resulting nectar at cool temperatures in stainless steel to preserve the fresh strawberry, sweet cranberry, and citrus peel aromatics.
Intense cherry, strawberry, and raspberry fruit flavors, a mild, juicy texture, and a crisp, dry finish make this a decidedly food-friendly wine.
This balanced and very food friendly wine pairs well with grilled halibut and basmati rice with mango-papaya salsa.
