Winemaker's Tasting Notes
Our dessert style wine was crafted from five of the traditional Douro wine grapes. This opaque wine has aromas of raspberries, dried cherries, plums, cocoa, and exotic spice.
Fine grained tannins create a thick, rich texture and a lengthy finish.
Cellar for a decade plus.
Pair with baklava or aged pecorino Romano with Clementine jam.
