A Study in "Ageing of Fine Wine”
The Library Wine Cellar, August 6, 2011, 3:00-5:00 pm (Max. 10 ppl)
This vertical of Abacela Tempranillo includes six vintages, the 1999, 2000 (Reserve), 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004. These rare wines will be opened, decanted and prepared in advance of the tasting. Pairings will be several in number and include an assortment of fine cheeses, sourdough bread from our horno, assorted tapas, as well as finishing chocolates.
Some of these wines will also be available for purchase at the tasting.
